Babette’s Yeast is a personal outlet orientated around (but certainly not limited to) an interest in beer and brewing. 

I have long been interested in beer as more than just the sum of its parts leading me to homebrewing and experimenting with a variety of fermentation projects. 

The strange and wonderful intersection that these topics have with anthropology and culture fascinate me and is something I’d love to contribute to.
